I am a graduate student intern currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and  Family Therapy at Touro University Worldwide. I previously obtained a B.A. in Psychology at  Wake Forest University. I am particularly drawn to systemic therapy, specifically  intergenerational therapy and the impact that our relationships with others play in our lives. I am  interested in exploring how generational patterns are passed down and the impact that our past  has on our future. My therapeutic approach is based in Bowen family systems, as I think that this  approach takes into account many of the systems and roles that come into play in an individual’s  life. I think that focusing on all systems and their connection is very important.  

I want to support my clients with an environment that is inclusive and welcoming. I am  interested in working with families, couples, and individuals and I am excited to be using an  accessible tele-health format. Mindfulness and meditation are important to me in my own life,  and in my free time I enjoy reading, spending time in nature, and traveling.
