At MentalRest, we want getting support to feel straightforward and stress-free, so you can focus on what really matters: healing and moving forward with your life. All of our counseling services are private pay, as we do not bill or work directly with insurance companies. We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. If the standard rates for our licensed clinicians are more than you can comfortably afford, we warmly encourage you to consider meeting with one of our graduate counseling interns. Intern sessions start at just $30 per session and are offered at a lower cost while still providing caring, personalized support under the supervision of an experienced licensed therapist, so you can access meaningful, high-quality counseling at a price that better fits your budget.
