Brooke Losey, MS
Brooke's background is executive consulting on ethical marketing, data privacy and security, regulatory compliance, and design psychology. She's worked with nonprofits, entrepreneurs, hip hop artists, technologists, authors, and Native American activists. She’s advocated for racial justice, those who are differently abled, sustainability, socioeconomic equity, sexual assault survivors, immigrants, and technology literacy. Brooke received her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Commonwealth University - Lock Haven. She also holds a BA in Communications from SNHU, and is certified in TeleMental Health. In addition to educating organizations on an array of business and technical topics, Brooke researched and presented the mental health impacts of perimenopause for the NY Mental Health Counselors Association and the Association for Humanistic Counseling. Recent work has been research and psychoeducation on how communities thrive after disasters, which she presented for City of Asheville staff. Additional research interests include the impacts of emerging technologies and environmental factors on mental wellbeing.
