At MentalRest, we offer flexible options to support your mental health journey. For clients working with our licensed providers, we are an out-of-network provider and will gladly provide a superbill or detailed statement that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Since coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to understand your benefits.

If you prefer not to use insurance or do not have adequate coverage for counseling, our low-cost option is working with one of our counseling interns. These interns are advanced graduate students who provide care under the close supervision of licensed clinicians. Working with an intern offers high-quality, personalized support at a reduced rate, making counseling more affordable without compromising on care.

Additionally, for clients experiencing financial hardship, we offer a pay-what-you-can program specifically designed to make counseling accessible when cost is a barrier. This program is available only to those who qualify based on financial need, ensuring that support is available to those who need it most
