Jessica Bruno is the Founder and Clinical Director of MentalRest, bringing over 10 years of expertise as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and serves as an Honorary Clinical Instructor at Walden University.

Jessica is passionate about the power of creativity and collaboration in addressing the nation’s mental health crisis. She is dedicated to expanding access to care across North Carolina by partnering with organizations and supporting the professional growth of emerging counselors. Through MentalRest, Jessica remains committed to building a community where innovation, support, and compassionate care empower both clients and clinicians.
