Nya-Anne Greenidge

Nya-Anne Greenidge, a graduate student intern, is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Catawba College. She previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wingate University. Nya has worked as a Behavioral Health Specialist. In this role worked closely with individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia and/or intellectual disabilities as they developed the skills necessary to integrate into society and increase their autonomy. Nya embraces a person-centered approach to therapy and prioritizes meeting clients where they are. She is passionate about providing a therapeutic space to work in collaboration with clients to achieve their goals. Nya aspires to establish her own therapeutic practice where she will continue to empower individuals to embrace their mental health journey and improve their well-being. She looks forward to every opportunity to contribute to the diverse, dynamic, and impactful field of mental health counseling.
